Liz is an experienced general dentist at Tarbert St Dental Surgery. She has a life-long interest in health, fitness and performance, particularly in cycling. She has a personal interest in supporting her dental patients to overcome stress and anxiety using methods other than drugs such as hypnotherapy and NLP techniques and is a certified life coach.

Liz transitioned to wholefood plant-based eating to support best health for herself and is a member of the Plant Strong Living team to support others to do the same.
